Bella You Beauty orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our Warehouse located in Brisbane QLD Australia. Any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday. Please note: dispatch may be delayed during busy sale periods. 

Bella You Beauty orders are shipped using various couriers depending on your location. We currently use Shippit (Couriers Please and Fastway) as well as Australia Post (Standard and Express Post). All parcels are fully tracked and tracking details will be in your dispatch confirmation email. AUSTRALIA Please Note: some items can take a little longer than usual due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Under normal circumstances you should receive your parcel within these time-frames: Australia Post Standard Same state: 2-4 business days (QLD, Australia) Interstate: 3-6 business days Australia Post Express QLD – 1-2 business days NSW, VIC, SA, NT, TAS – 2-3 business days WA – 3-4 business days NT – 3-5 business days Please note: these are only estimates – once items have been dispatched, postal delays caused by our delivery partners are outside our control. But we will always endeavour to mediate a speedy compromise if a delay is experienced. 

Please understand that if delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, depending on which service you opt for, drivers may leave at your front door or in a safe place. If you opted for Aus Post they may choose to return it to a local parcel collection facility where you’ll have to pick it up. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order. You must pay these charges to Bella You Beauty as invoiced prior to re-delivery and we may hold off re-dispatching your order until the payment is received. 

INTERNATIONAL Bella You Beauty international orders are sent via Australia Post International Express. Tracking details will be provided in your order confirmation email. CUSTOMS In the circumstance that taxes, tariffs or a handling cost are required, it will be your responsibility to make payment prior to receiving the goods. Please note, if payment is not made for whatever reason, your order will be returned to Bella You Beauty and a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
